Creating a Labyrinth: Intro

  • Princeton Center for Yoga & Health 88 Orchard Rd Skillman, NJ, 08558 United States (map)

The labyrinth, along with other contemplative practices, is experiencing a worldwide resurgence in human consciousness. In our fast-‐paced society, the need to slow down and rest the rational decision making part of the brain-‐ and come to balance-‐ is more important than ever.

In this workshop you will explore sacred space and discover how the labyrinth taps into the creative side of the brain. We will discuss the history of the labyrinth and how it is seen in cultures around the globe, learn to draw basic labyrinth patterns and be guided in a group walk. Join Deborah Ketter, certified Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator for this unique introductory experience.

This workshop is at Princeton Center for Yoga & Health and costs $45, or $35 if paid by 9/18.
