A compassionate approach to yoga to meet each student's needs.


With 13 years of training to support her, Debbie teaches yoga classes and workshops with a therapeutic focus. Students build a stronger yoga practice and, hopefully, healthier bodies and minds. She works with all levels or layers of the body, from resting strained eyes to toning and strengthening body and breathing practices.

Debbie infuses yoga philosophy into her practice, emphasizing that we are complete and whole, and teaching people how to access those feelings and sensations and deal with difficult emotions.
